Team Leader Required 
 
Interaction recruitment are proud to be working alongside our well established prestigious client that are based in Milton Keynes. Due to continued periods of success the business is now looking to expand rapidly investing into their team leader team on a full time, permanent basis. 

  • Hours of work require full flexibility Monday-Sunday between the hours of 6.00am until 11.00pm

The role of a Team Leader 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing team in a busy call centre environment, excellent coaching and motivating techniques as well being a credible leader with ability to get the best out of your teams. 
 

Responsibilities of a Team Leader: 

  • Lead and manage team delivering & exceeding business KPIs 

  • Inspire your team with energy and motivation to achieve targets 

  • Lead by example at all times inspiring your team to be the best they can be 

  • Provide regular coaching on an individual and team basis working towards achieving targets 

  • Identify training needs of lower performing staff and take remedial action by structuring individual development plans and solutions using the SMART approach 

  • Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion 

  • Liaise with line managers and key stakeholders regards maximising campaign revenue/ growth 

 

Key Attributes of a team leader: 

  • Can successfully demonstrate experience in managing a team, within a customer service environment 

  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively 

  • Confident at using computer packages such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel etc. 

  • Strong problem solving skills 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate others and drive for success 

  • Experience in working in a targeted environment
