Interaction Recruitment are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT department that operates across several sites in the area, as an IT 1st Line Service Desk Analyst

You must have a minimum of 3-6 months in either an internal IT help desk or an outsourced IT service desk, with some knowledge of the following technologies:

  •  Active Directory (Creation of user accounts and password resets)
  • Citrix

  • Exchange or Office365 administration

  • Microsoft Office Support

  •  Windows 7/10 troubleshooting

This position is predominantly office based, however may require occasional trips to other offices so having a full UK driving licence would be beneficial, but not essential.
