Interaction Recruitment are seeking an experienced 1st Line Support individual to join a small overnight Service Desk team as a Service Desk Analyst. The shift patterns operate on a 4-on-4-off basis, working approximately 48 hours per week, based in Peterborough.

Your main duties as a Service Desk Analyst will be:

  • Providing remote technical support (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, RDP protocol)

  • Adhering in line with SLA’s, an in ITIL environment

  • Escalate issues to technical teams if required

The following experience is required:

  • 6-months experience working in a busy service desk

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Exposure to Active Directory (Account creations, password resets)

  • Ability to troubleshoot Windows 7 & 10 OS issues

  • Office365/Exchange administration (Desirable)
