Interaction Recruitment are seeking technically minded individuals with a genuine interest in IT and technology, to join an ever-expanding IT 1st Line helpdesk as a Service Desk Analyst, located in Peterborough.

Your primary responsibilities as a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will be: 

  • Responding to inbound calls/emails from external customers with IT related issues

  • Providing remote support and customer service in order to resolve as quickly as possible

  • Escalating issues to the Service Desk Manager if necessary

The following experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided:

  • 3-months experience working as part of an internal/external IT helpdesk

  • Proven experience using Active Directory

  • A strong understanding of Windows 10 OS and Microsoft Office Suite/Office365

If you feel you have the relevant customer service skills or have recently completed one of the following IT related certifications and have what it takes to be a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst, then please apply below.

  • CompTIA A+, N+ or MCA
  • BTEC Diploma in IT, Computer Science or Software DevelopmentDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Networking
