Interaction are currently seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Assistant for a long established and highly regarded family owned business based in Suffolk who are looking to add a Payroll / HR Assistant to their team. 
Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will be responsible for dealing with the full end-to-end payroll process for all staff which includes monthly salaries, weekly paid staff and varied payroll requirements. 
Duties of the role:

· Ensure the accurate and timely processing of the Groups payroll with varying payroll requirements (200+)

· Ensure the Groups payroll is maintained and processed -  this includes the full end to end process for up to 300 employees

· Dealing with and investigating queries as they arise, including dealing with incentive schemes and reward systems

· Assisting with formulating strategic policies 

· Assisting with the organisation and co-ordination of the recruitment, selection and induction of new staff

This is a full time role, 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday 
To be successful in this role you will have 3+ years experience in payroll and HR and have end-to-end payroll experience.
