You are going to enter a fast paced, target driven SALES environment where the opportunity for career progression and earning potential are uncapped. A lot of our managers started out as trainees and we strongly believe in promoting from within. We don’t have a top heavy management structure however, we are not a flat structure and have genuine progression opportunities for the right people.
To apply all you need is 6 months plus in a recruitment role (360, resourcing, account management) However, you scream ambition and passion, you have drive, you want to make money and you want to go far in recruitment.
You can only be considered for a position if you have a full UK driving license (how else will you go to meet all your clients?)
