Our client based in Kettering has a brand new opportunity to carry out general Administration tasks within their busy Operations Team. To ensure all paperwork for regulated work is sent to various water companies correctly and on time, assisting the Operations Administration Manager to ensure that mains are installed, commissioned and services are connected in accordance with our WIRS accreditation. It is your responsibility to liaise with water companies and Site Managers to ensure that the process from call off to the completion runs smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering incoming calls, taking and relaying messages.

Sending pre-connection forms to various water companies 10 working days before service connections take place, ensuring that plots have been quoted, paid for and inspected.

Sending post connection forms to various water companies within 24 hours of receiving the completed job cards from our contractor.

Submit gas and electricity records and invoice the adopting IDNO.

Sending notifications of confirmed service connection dates to Site Managers

Booking in meter fits with Anglian Water within 24 hours of receiving call offs.

Carrying out weekly courtesy calls to ensure Site Managers are ready for their service connections that are scheduled for the following week

Carrying out daily courtesy calls and creating job packs for our contractor for the following days’ work

Booking in gas and electric services and meter call offs.

Management of the Services in-box.

Dealing with any site queries and requests via phone & email.

Process the services job cards daily and publish to relevant projects.

Publish daily photos of Services and Mains connections to relevant projects.

Book in all service connections within 24 hours of receiving.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within a commercial office based environment and working knowledge of MS Office, together with an energetic approach to fit into an existing fast paced, switched on team.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday within office hours. The starting salary is £17k.
