A new vacancy has become available for a Dutch speaking contact centre executive to join my clients growing team in Watford.

The role is on a permanent full-time basis. You must be able to work to a shift pattern to be considered for the role. The shifts run between 6am and midnight and you will work 5 days of 7.


To be considered for the role:

  • You must be fluent in Dutch

  • Have previous customer service experience is preferred

  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be able to work as part of a team

  • Must have attention to detail and have good typing skills

  • Must be able to work to a shift pattern


  • Offer excellent customer service to all customers

  • Resolve incoming queries

  • Maintain 100% customer satisfaction by offering excellent customer service

  • Work with your team members to identify trends

  • Work toward set KPIs and ensure all customer queries are responded to within agreed time
