The client is the UK’s leading provider of advanced mobile technology across several retail categories, but predominately the Newspaper and Magazine category. Due to the continuous growth my client is currently looking for a Data Team Co-ordinator to join their team in Milton Keynes on a full time, permanent basis. They are offering a competitive salary plus excellent benefits.

The successful candidate would be responsible for communication with retailers to assist them with any News, Magazine or Lottery queries they may have. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Liaising with stores by assisting them in their claiming for missing N&M’ daily.

  • Helping store colleagues with any issues they may experience.

  • Advising stores of best practise of deliveries, returns, product check and stocktakes.

  • Managing retailers N&M ranges – building a rapport with retailers N&M buyers and working closely with them to ensure nothing is missed.

  • Providing 1st class customer service.

Job Purpose

  • Supporting the aims and objectives of the Data Team and assisting the Data Team Managers in achieving these.

  • To provide support to all retail outlets covering the categories supported by the company services.

  • Present information clearly and concisely, that is easy for the retailers and colleagues to understand.

  • Actively gain feedback from all customers, review, monitor and share findings for continuous improvement.

Skills required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 5 GCSE including grade C or above in Maths and English.

  • Excellent planning & personal organisation.

  • Strong commitment to customer service.

  • Well-presented and professional with the ability to work carefully and with an excellent eye to detail.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite (emphasis on excel) and Outlook.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

Working hours : 5:30am to 1:30 pm (Monday to Friday).

Must be a driver due to working hours and location.
