Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
Pay: £13.34/hour starting rate → £14.66/hour (one skill learned) → £17.26/hour (multi‑skilled)

Hours: Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Rotating shifts (6:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday)

We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established global leader in sustainable packaging. They are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team in Wellington. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up high-tech production machinery
• Maintain product quality to company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Progress through a structured training pathway to become multi-skilled

Pay & Overtime

• Starting rate: £13.34/hour
• One skill: £14.66/hour
• Multi-skilled: £17.26/hour

Overtime is paid at time and a half:

• £20.01/hour (starting rate)
• £21.99/hour (one skill)
• £25.89/hour (multi-skilled)
