Machine Operator Production Line
Location: Buckingham Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 07:30 17:30 Friday: 07:30 11:30 (Early finish for a long weekend!)

Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting Machine Operators to join their dynamic production team.
Your Role:
As a Production Line Machine Operator, youll be responsible for:
Operating and overseeing machinery across various production zones
Ensuring products meet high-quality standards
Managing machine changeovers and reporting downtime
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Mentoring new team members and contributing to team success
What We are Looking For:
Physically fit and hardworking this is a hands-on role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent team player with good communication skills
Experience in machine operation or industrial production (timber industry experience is a plus)
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
