📍 Location: Wellington, TA21 9JG
💰 Pay: £14.10 per hour (night shift rate)
🕒 Hours: Full-time | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm – 6:00am

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up advanced production machinery
• Ensure product quality meets company standards
• Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Follow a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative

💷 Pay & Overtime

• Night Shift Rate: £14.10/hour
• Overtime: Paid at time and a half
  • £21.15/hour for any hours worked beyond standard shift times
