360 Driving/Logistics Recruitment Consultant – Watford

Location: Watford

Salary: Negotiable (Dependent on Experience)

Experience: Minimum 1 year in 360 recruitment (Driving/Logistics)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a background in Driving and Logistics recruitment? We are expanding our team in Watford and looking for a driven and sales-hungry recruiter to help deliver into a strong pipeline of national contracts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work with a team that supports high performance and offers genuine career growth.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year of 360 recruitment experience (preferably in Driving or Logistics)
• Proven sales ability and hunger to build a profitable desk
• Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
• Ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team
