Job Title: Master Technician
Location: Northampton
Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00-18:00 with 1 in 3 Saturdays
Salary: £38,000-£45,000 with ote upto £61,000
Are you a highly skilled technician ready to take the lead in a dynamic and forward-thinking workshop? We are looking for a Master Technician to join our clients Aftersales Team and help drive excellence in service and repair.
Key Responsibilities
As a Master Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the workshop by:
Leading and mentoring the Workshop Team, offering technical guidance and support.
Advising on work priorities and promoting efficient, high-quality practices.
Becoming a subject matter expert in your area through effective use of tools and resources.
Driving a culture of quality and first-time fixes.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with quality standards.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
What Were Looking For
Relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Full UK driving licence.
