Warehouse Administrator – £26,000 per annum

Location: Cullompton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (1-hour break)
Salary Equivalent: £13.33 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour week)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (T2P)

Are you a detail-driven administrator with experience in warehouse systems? We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team, supporting the smooth flow of operations through top-notch admin and coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinating delivery bookings and preparing expected delivery sheets
• Verifying goods-in paperwork and resolving stock discrepancies
• Acting as the first point of contact for deliveries and collections
• Running daily pick routines and printing invoices
• Managing stock movements and updating systems in real-time
• Investigating stock variances and supporting internal teams with accurate data
• Maintaining KPI records and credit/returns registers

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Attention to detail – this is absolutely key
✅ Warehouse Management System experience – ideally with Hansa and JDA
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ A proactive, problem-solving mindset
