Mechnical Supervisor - Buckingham
We are recruiting for a well-established and growing mechanical services company headquartered in Buckingham. With a solid reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical installations and maintenance across the UK, we are particularly active in the London area. Our projects range from commercial developments and residential schemes to industrial and public sector works.
As they continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mechanical Supervisor to join our team and help deliver high-standard mechanical works across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Manage site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company procedures and H&S regulations.
Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems across commercial and residential projects.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting.
Assist in the planning and procurement of materials and equipment.
Ensure all work is carried out to industry and company standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in the building services or construction industry.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework installations.
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (preferred).
Valid CSCS card.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK, with frequent travel to London.
Benefits:
Competitive salary between £45,000 and £55,000, depending on experience.
