🔧 Manufacturing Operative Required 

📍 Location: Bridgwater, Somerset 

🕒 Hours: 4 on 4 off DAYS & NIGHTS 06:45-18:45 & 18:45-06:45

💰 Pay: £13.39 per hour (rising to £15.91 after a successful trail period)

📄 Contract Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

• Competitive salary of £13.39 per hour (rising to £15.91 after a successful trial period)
• Overtime payments, paid at 1.5x the hourly base rate

🔩 Your Role

• Operate machinery
• Complete visual checks on the machine and flag any issues
• Quality checking the product during the manufacturing and after completion
• Wrapping and loading orders
• Contributing to effective and accurate shift handovers
• Work as part of a team
