Job Title: CNC Programmer 

Location: Gloucester 

Salary: Starting from £37,000 (depending on experience) 

We are recruiting for a leading engineering company based in Gloucester, committed to delivering high-quality precision components to a diverse range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and write CNC programs for various machining operations 
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications 
• Set up and operate CNC machines 
• Conduct test runs and ensure precision and quality standards are met 
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes 
• Maintain accurate documentation of programs and processes 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing or engineering environment 
• Proficiency with CNC programming software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, Siemens, Heidenhain) 
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications 
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues 
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
