🔧 Manual Miller & Turner
📍 Hemel Hempstead (with travel to Aylesbury as required)
💰 Competitive salary – DOE

We’re working with a long-established precision engineering business that is looking to bring a skilled Manual Miller & Turner into their growing team. Based primarily in Hemel Hempstead, you will also be required to work from their Aylesbury site when needed – flexibility is key.

🛠️ The Role:

• Operating manual milling machines and lathes

• Producing precision-engineered components to technical drawings

• Working with a range of materials including mild steel, stainless, and aluminium

• Maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the machining process

• Occasionally assisting with other workshop duties as required

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience with manual milling and turning

• Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings

• Ability to work independently and to tight tolerances

• Willingness to travel between Hemel Hempstead and Aylesbury

• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic

🚗 A driving licence and own transport would be advantageous due to the split-site nature of the role.
