Vehicle Technician (Mechanic)

Location: Watford
Salary: £60,000 OTE (uncapped earnings)
Welcome Bonus: Up to £2,500*

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards

  • Inspect vehicle components for wear, damage, or replacement needs

  • Provide professional technical advice to customers as required

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and repeat business

  • Collaborate closely with service reception and workshop teams for smooth operations

  • Support and mentor fellow technicians, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing


Skills & qualifications required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent

  • Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards

  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to meet efficiency targets while maintaining quality

  • Team player with good communication skills

  • MOT licence advantageous but not essential

  • Valid UK driving licence required
