Temporary Receptionist – Guildford, Surrey

£13-14 per hour (DOE) | Temporary dates with potential to extend

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-recognised main dealership based in Guildford, Surrey. We are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Accurately record calls and visits, and relay messages promptly
• Perform general administrative duties, including managing emails and handling customer enquiries
• Maintain the customer waiting area and showroom to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide support with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth business operations

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service or receptionist role
• A friendly, people-focused approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to quickly learn new systems

Key details:

• Dates required: 26th & 27th July, 2nd & 3rd August, 9th & 10th August
  (with potential for a longer booking depending on the candidate)
• Hours:
• Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Sundays: 10:00am – 2:00pm
• Pay: £13-14 per hour, dependent on experience
