🏡 About the Role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in a residential setting. You’ll help residents live as independently as possible, supporting them with daily routines, personal development, and community engagement.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and emotional support
• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
• Encourage and support residents to achieve their goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
• Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and colleagues

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
