Job Opportunity - Sales Administrator

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a knack for customer service? We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Client's team and play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations. If you have previous experience in an office environment and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Process customer orders efficiently via email and phone, ensuring each order is handled accurately and in a timely manner.

· Offer general administrative support to the sales team, including reporting and assisting with various tasks as needed.

· Confirm order details and invoices to ensure all data is correct and compliant with company standards.

· Work with logistics partners to address delivery issues and ensure timely order fulfilment.

· Keep sales records, customer details, and order tracking systems up to date.

· Stay updated on new product releases, company promotions, and updates to share accurate information with customers.

· Work closely with internal teams, including procurement and warehouse, to streamline sales processes, such as monitoring stock availability and processing customer returns.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and prompt responses.

What We're Looking For:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.

· Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

· Previous experience in a sales administration is highly desirable.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook, and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

· Ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

· Experience with OrderWise ERP software is a plus but not required.

· A proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
