Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an exprienceed Warehouse Supervisor to lead shift operations and drive efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You’ll manage a team, oversee picking, packing, dispatch, and stock management, and ensure smooth warehouse workflows.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate warehouse operatives
• Plan staffing, workflows, and equipment use
• Maintain stock accuracy and manage MHE operations
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

• Proven warehouse supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• WMS and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid MHE licence(s)
• Hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset
