Team Leader

Full-Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Monday–Friday | Office Based
Up to £32,000 depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and people-focused Team Leader to join a growing, innovative business with a fantastic culture and a genuine focus on its people.

This role would suit someone who genuinely loves working with people, thrives on coaching and mentoring others, and enjoys creating an environment where teams feel motivated, supported and empowered to succeed.

The Role:

• Lead, support and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver regular coaching, mentoring and performance feedback
• Drive team performance and maintain high service standards
• Support training and ongoing development of team members
• Create a positive, inclusive and motivated team culture
• Identify improvements and support operational efficiencies
• Work collaboratively with management and wider teams to achieve business goals

About You:

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
• Strong people management and coaching skills
• Passionate about developing and supporting others
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solutions-focused and confident making decisions
• A natural motivator who leads by example
