This is a hands‑on outbound role where resilience, organisation, and enthusiasm are key to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality meetings for the BDM team

  • Collaborating closely with the wider sales team in a high‑energy environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
  • A strong work ethic and a genuine “can‑do” attitude
  • Someone who enjoys targets and is motivated by performance and results
  • A team player who brings energy, positivity, and fun to the workplace
  • Confidence speaking with a wide range of industries and stakeholders
  • Knowledge or experience using AI sales tools such as Claude, Outreach, Artisan, or similar

What’s On Offer

  • Realistic OTE of £45,000
  • Clear progression path into Business Development Manager (BDM) roles and beyond
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and development
  • A supportive, target‑driven sales culture where success is recognised and rewarded
  • Central Hull location with a vibrant office environment

If you’re ambitious, hardworking, and excited by the idea of building a long‑term career in sales with clear progression, we’d love to hear from you.
