Production Operator (Tube Wash) – Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis with an immediate start available.

This role is based in a manufacturing environment and involves working within the Tube Wash area. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining consistency and quality throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading parts from trolleys into baskets
• Placing baskets into large tanks containing hot water and degreasing agents
• Removing and handling cleaned components safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

About the Role:

• Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am – 12:15pm
• Weekly Pay
• 40 hours per week
• Temp to perm opportunity (initial 12–18 week probation period)

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous factory or production experience is desirable
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
• Must be flexible to work shifts in the future if required
