Job Title: Construction Slinger / Signaller (Ticketed) – Commercial Projects

Location: Exeter 
Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract
Salary: £21.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and fully ticketed Slinger / Signaller to join our team one of our clients late May on commercial construction projects in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on high-profile builds, ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and control crane movements using approved hand and radio signals
• Safely attach and detach loads in line with lifting plans
• Communicate clearly with crane operators and site teams
• Ensure all lifting operations comply with health & safety regulations
• Carry out pre-use checks on lifting accessories
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket (essential)
• Previous experience on commercial construction sites
• Strong understanding of lifting operations and site safety
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• PPE required (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots)

Desirable:

• Additional plant tickets or site certifications
• Experience working on large-scale commercial developments
