Interaction Recruitment are seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join a long‑standing and expanding manufacturing company based in Hitchin. This position offers competitive pay, stable hours, and the opportunity to secure long‑term employment within a supportive and established team.

Pay Rates

• £13.93 per hour – standard hours Monday–Friday
• £18.53 per hour – overtime Monday - Friday
• £20.90 per hour – all Saturday hours

Standard Hours

• 07:30 – 16:30 Monday–Thursday
• 07:30 – 12:30 Friday
• Additional weekly overtime available on Monday - Friday and Saturdays

Key Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance, Reach, or Flexi Forklift Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity
