Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Contract Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) Hours: 06:45–18:45 & 18:45–06:45 Pay: £13.39 per hour, rising to £15.91 after 12 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently

• Completing visual checks and reporting any faults

• Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process

• Wrapping, preparing and loading finished products

• Supporting smooth and accurate shift handovers

• Working collaboratively within a team environment
