Overview 

We are recruiting for a hardworking and proactive MIG Welder to join our established yet growing team, on a permanent basis. The individual will play a significant role in supporting the department productivity and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Role Responsibilities

This is a key process within the manufacturing process and requires excellent attention to detail and teamwork. Responsibilities include:

• Mig welding
• Jig work
• Maintaining high levels of health and safety at all times

Candidate Profile:

•  Hard working and a desire to help the business thrive
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Ability to work without direct supervision and quality check own work
• A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude and proactive approach to work
• Keen problem solver 
• The ability to demonstrate effective time management and work to production deadlines
• A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work

** Candidates will be required to pass a weld test **

The Package

• Salary: Hourly - Paid Weekly - £14.00 - £14.50
• Hours: Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday 07.00 – 17.00 – 4 DAY WORKING WEEK
• 22 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays (accumulating +1 day for every 3 years of service)
