Location: Aylesford
Salary: £28,000

Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30-17:00


About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Fulfilment Operations Co-ordinator to support both office and warehouse operations. You will handle day‑to‑day admin tasks, manage communication with clients and suppliers, coordinate deliveries, process returns, and maintain accurate records. This is a key role ensuring smooth operational flow across the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Supporting clients, suppliers, and the management team with queries
  • Maintaining filing systems and updating records
  • Scheduling and coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries
  • Logging stock into the system and reporting discrepancies
  • Processing returns and producing related reports
  • Preparing documents and reports for clients and management
  • Assisting with additional charges reports
  • Supporting ad‑hoc projects when required
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ administrative experience
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Excel; WMS experience desirable)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise and work independently
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and a supportive team player
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
