MIG / TIG Welder (Precision Welding)

💷 £15 – £18 per hour

Interaction Recruitment is currently working with a client based in Bedford who is looking to recruit skilled MIG / TIG Welders to join their precision engineering and fabrication team.

This opportunity would suit welders with a strong eye for detail and experience working to tight tolerances within a high-quality manufacturing environment.

🔹 The Role:

• MIG and TIG welding of precision-engineered components

• Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (depending on projects)

• Reading and working from engineering drawings

• Producing high-quality welds to exact specifications

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding

• Background in precision welding or high-spec fabrication

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred
