Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £26,000 per annum & £35,000 - £60,000 OTE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Location: BD7 & field based
Driving Licence: Must hold a valid UK driver’s licence


About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a dual role involving both internal and external sales, selling branded clothing and promotional products to businesses across the UK. Products include work uniforms, branded Hi-Vis, gilets, polo shirts, and more.

You will report directly to the Managing Director & Owner and play a key role in driving revenue through account management, cold calling, and winning new business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
  • Conduct client meetings on-site to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

What We Offer

  • Basic Salary: £26,000 per annum
  • Commission Structure: Fantastic earning potential with £35,000–£60,000+ OTE

Requirements

  • Previous B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to travel nationwide for client meetings.
  • Valid UK driver’s licence.
