Email Marketing Executive

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hrs/week (Mon–Fri, 9:00–5:30)

About the Role
As the Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of my client’s email marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving conversions, and supporting lead generation through strategic email communications aligned with our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create visually appealing, responsive email templates that reflect brand guidelines.
- Write compelling, targeted email copy for a range of audience segments.
Automation & Customer Journey
- Build and manage automated workflows that integrate with the website and portal.
- Improve customer lifecycle engagement through strategic journey design.
Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key KPIs.
- Maintain high data quality within the Dynamics CRM database.
Lead Nurturing & Handover
- Manage nurture streams to move prospects efficiently through the funnel.
- Ensure timely handover of marketing-qualified leads to business teams.
Segmentation, Personalisation & Compliance
- Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to improve relevance and performance.
- Ensure all communications comply with GDPR and email best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in email marketing (B2B or e-commerce preferred).
- Skilled in using email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content-creation ability.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset; able to interpret data to optimise campaigns.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customisation (advantageous).
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
