Job Title: Customer Services Advisor
Location:
 Corby
Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £27,000 per year

On behalf of our well established client Interaction Recruitment are seeking 2 x customer-oriented individuals to join our client’s team in Corby on a permanent basis, this is due to continued company growth. 

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling orders from start to finish, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries, quotes, and returns

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or improve processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and enhance overall customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail

  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office and order management systems
