Were on the lookout for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead engaging campaigns, drive audience growth, and help shape the experience of thousands of fans and visitors.
Whether it's launching new initiatives, planning unforgettable events, or delivering content that connects with audiences on a deeper level - this role is about more than just marketing. Its about energy, creativity, and real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
· Creating and executing bold, exciting marketing strategies across retail, ticketing, memberships, hospitality, and venue experiences.
· Leading community and audience engagement initiatives to attract new visitors and build lasting loyalty.
· Managing a small, passionate marketing team - inspiring great work and team collaboration.
· Planning content and activations that keep audiences engaged beyond the venue.
· Overseeing match day/event day marketing, fan engagement, and non-event promotions.
· Driving digital marketing (PPC, SEM, display, paid social) alongside traditional advertising (OOH, print, POS).
· Building and retaining customer databases, with clever CRM and loyalty strategy execution.
· Supporting sponsorship and commercial partnership activations that boost brand visibility and value.
· Collaborating with internal teams to enhance every visitor's experience - from first impression to final applause.
Experience/Qualifications required?
· A degree in Marketing or equivalent hands-on experience.
· A strong track record in delivering successful integrated campaigns.
· Experience leading creative processes and briefing design teams.
· Comfortable in a fast-moving, audience-led environment.
· Confident managing projects, priorities, and people with calm, creative energy.
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop) is a bonus.
· Experience in live events, hospitality, or venue marketing is desirable - but a passion for engagement is essential.
