Salary - £26,000
Location: Lynchwood, Peterborough
Hours: Shift patterns between 7:30am 5:30pm

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers, managing key accounts, and handling a variety of queries. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional and timely support while maintaining accurate records and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Manage key client accounts with prompt and effective communication
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and control open service calls, ensuring timely resolution
- Prepare and send estimates for machinery and parts orders
- Coordinate delivery of loan machines where needed
- Handle and escalate customer complaints appropriately
- Produce accurate customer and stakeholder reports
- Support the Parts Manager with sourcing and part detail provision
- Organise machine collections and deliveries with attention to internal systems
- Provide cover during team absences to ensure workflow continuity
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and escalate operational issues
Skillset Required:
- GCSE level education or equivalent, including English & Maths
- Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software systems
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high customer service standards
- Flexible, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
