Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Admin to join our busy client working on their late shift (14:00 to 22:00). The successful candidate will join on a temp2perm basis and can start immediately. 

Shift Pattern: 14:00 22:00 (every Saturday off + 1 rotating day off during the week)

This role involves:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, monitor product quantities, and track incoming/outgoing shipments.

  • Stock Replenishment: Ensure stock is reordered in a timely manner and monitor product levels to prevent shortages.

  • Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Update inventory records, input stock data into warehouse management systems (WMS), and produce regular reports.

  • Warehouse Organization: Ensure all stock is properly stored, labelled, and easy to access. Implement proper stock rotation (FIFO, LIFO).

  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming stock for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.

  • Communication: Coordinate with the warehouse team, suppliers, and internal departments regarding stock updates, shortages, and order status.
  • Health and Safety: Follow safety procedures and ensure the warehouse environment is clean and organized.

To be considered for this role you must have / be:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management, stock control, or administration is preferred.

  • Happy to work on a late shift and able to adapt to rota
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).

  • Previously worked within a hands-on warehouse operative role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and stock tracking.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (if required by the role).

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment is a plus.
