7.5 Tonne Driver – Perm Opportunity - Immediate Start

Location: CB23 3GY
Pay: £13.12 per hour
Overtime: £17.00 per hour (paid after 37.5 hours & for work outside 07:00–19:00)

We’re recruiting experienced and reliable 7.5T Drivers for a temp-to-perm position supporting essential healthcare logistics. This role offers stable hours, low drops, and long-term security.

The Role

You will be delivering cleaned and sterilised hospital equipment to hospital sites. This is clean, safe work with a steady schedule and minimal drops.

Your duties will include:

• Completing around 3 drops per day
• Transporting non‑hazardous, fully sterilised medical equipment
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and excellent customer service
• Adhering to all site, safety, and driving standards

Hours & Overtime

• Start times range between 02:00 and 12:00, depending on the route
• Standard hours fall between 07:00 and 19:00
• Work outside of 07:00–19:00 is paid at the £17.00 overtime rate
• Overtime also applies after 37.5 hours per week

Requirements

• Valid 7.5T (C1) licence
• Valid CPC and Tachograph
• Professional and reliable attitude
• Previous 7.5T experience preferred but not essential
