Motorcycle Technician

Location: Peterborough
Salary: £40,000–£45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Weekends: No weekend work

The Role

As a Motorcycle Technician, you will:

  • Complete maintenance, service and repair work on a wide range of motorcycles to the highest standard.
  • Work efficiently within manufacturer and internal time guidelines.
  • Diagnose faults, carry out testing, and perform repairs as required.
  • Provide clear reporting on faults, servicing needs and potential future work.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce customer costs through preventative

  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time‑management abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds or equivalent).
  • Confident experience in diagnosing, servicing and repairing motorcycles.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
