Production Operative

Full‑time temp to perm

Starting pay £12.82 an hour. Two pay rises within your first 3 months.

Double day shift with early finish on Fridays.

Monday to Thursday 6.00am – 2.00pm Friday 6.00am – 12.00pm

Monday to Thursday 2.00pm – 10.00pm Fridays 12.00pm – 6.00pm

As a Production Operative, you will:

• Operate machinery and production equipment on the factory floor
• Assemble, cut, and prepare insulation materials
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet the high standards required
• Support a clean, safe, efficient working environment
• Work as part of a friendly, skilled manufacturing team

• Previous manufacturing or factory experience
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and safety procedures
• A team mindset and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn — full training provided
