🕒 Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week
Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am

Our client, a respected international packaging manufacturer, is expanding their night shift team and looking for motivated Production Operatives. • Operate and set up advanced production machinery
• Maintain high-quality product standards
• Support continuous improvement and reduce downtime

💷 Pay & Progression

• Starting Rate: £14.23/hour
• One Machine Trained: £15.66/hour
• Multi-Skilled Rate: £18.44/hour

Overtime (Paid at +50%)

• £21.35/hour (based on £14.23 starting rate)
• £23.49/hour (after one machine)
• £27.66/hour (multi‑skilled)
