We’re recruiting for experienced CNC Miller and CNC Turner Setter Operators to join a well-established precision engineering company in the Dunstable / Luton area.

This is a permanent opportunity offering strong earning potential, job stability, and a modern workshop environment.

The Role

• Setting and operating CNC Mills or CNC Lathes

• Working from detailed engineering drawings

• Producing precision components to tight tolerances

• Tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits

• Small to medium batch work

• Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Turner

• Strong setting experience (essential)

• Ability to work independently from drawings

• Experience working to fine tolerances

• Quality-focused and reliable

• Positive attitude and team player
