We’re recruiting for experienced CNC Miller and CNC Turner Setter Operators to join a well-established, busy engineering manufacturer in the St Ives area.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity offering strong earning potential and a supportive workshop environment.

The Role

• Setting and operating CNC Mills or Lathes

• Working from detailed engineering drawings

• Small to medium batch work

• Tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits

• Producing precision components to tight tolerances

• Self-inspection and quality checks

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a CNC Miller or Turner Setter Operator

• Confident setting machines independently

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience working to tight tolerances

• Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused

• Team player with a proactive attitude
