Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our growing team. This role is perfect for reliable, safety‑focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse
• Supporting production and goods‑in/goods‑out departments
• Completing basic paperwork and adhering to site procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised working area

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance truck
• Good understanding of health & safety within a warehouse setting
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts

Desirable

• Experience in a high‑volume warehouse environment
• Flexibility for overtime or additional shifts
