🔩 Sheet Metal Worker

💷 £18 – £22 per hour

Interaction Recruitment is currently working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business based in the Baldock / Letchworth area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join their production team.

This role would suit a skilled sheet metal professional with experience working in a precision fabrication environment.

🔹 The Role:

• Fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components

• Working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

• Operating sheet metal machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, folders, and rollers

• Reading and working from engineering drawings

• Ensuring work is completed to high quality and accuracy standards

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience using sheet metal fabrication machinery

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred

🔹 What’s On Offer:
