About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our busy bakery team. This is a hands-on role where you will assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure our products are prepared, packaged, and delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of bakery goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
• Pack and label products accurately.
• Support the team with general duties as required.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible and willing to work one of the following shifts 6am-14pm, 14pm-22pm or 22pm-06am Nights.
• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is an advantage but not essential.
