About the Role

We are seeking talented and passionate Chef de Parties to join our team, covering Schools across North Lincolshire. You will be responsible for managing your section, and providing healthy food for students across multiple sites when needed. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to a high standard.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• A passion for food and creativity in presentation.
• Access to own transportation.
• Basic Food hygiene and safety certificate.
• Willing to have a DBS Check.
