Location: Across three primary schools

The Role

  • Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry and general DIY.

  • Ensure all school sites remain safe, secure and compliant with health and safety standards.

  • Complete daily, weekly and termly checks, identifying and addressing issues promptly.

  • Support and oversee contractors working on site, ensuring high-quality work.

  • Work closely with school leaders and site staff to keep each school running smoothly.

  • Manage your workload effectively across three primary school settings.

  • Candidate would need to drive

Key Requirements

  • Strong DIY and maintenance skills, including plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.

  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently across multiple sites.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with pupils, staff and external contractors.

  • Understanding of health & safety responsibilities, or willingness to learn.

  • A proactive approach and the confidence to take initiative when needed.
